I'm an Lvad patient, 5 time Cancer survivor and 2 time stroke survivor. My Lvad life expectancy isn't what we had hoped for so the end is near. How near only God knows and I put it in his hands. My final Bucket List Wish is to surprise my wife for our 5-year wedding anniversary with a trip to Fort Lauderdale Florida in November. She's been through some rough times with me and stress has also taken a toll on her.Our financial situation is well stressed at times with her being head of household and me Mr. Mom on disability which doesn't help much. I've done some research and going for 4days and 3nights is roughly about $2000 which covers mostly everything. She loves the ocean it brings her peace as it does me, even though because of the Lvad I'm am prohibited from swimming in any body of water ocean, lake or pool. I just would love for us to enjoy getting away from NJ and relaxing peacefully the sound of the ocean. I thank everyone who has taken the time to read this and for your possible donations.
