On May 26th Alexis life was changed. Merging on 35 N East bound Alexis was struck by an 18 wheeler. Alexis stayed in ICU for 3 days and was released from the hospital after a week. Now Alexis is in a rehabilitation hospital for her to return to her normal routine.
Alexis needs assistive devices to get around and to make accessible modifications on her home in order to safely return home.
Alexis has 3 beautiful children.
Alexis remains in high spirits and believes things will work out for the best. Alexis prayers is to return to her family, work and travel again.
