- Last Thursday at work i started having pain in my stomach. Convinced it was appendicitis I immediately went to the emergency room. They ruled it out and were baffled. They recommended seeing my general surgeon and we did on Friday morning. Well, he found nothing, but the amount of pain I was in, he recommended another emergency room visit. We went to the University of Tennessee Medical Center. After a very long day in the ER and admissions holding, they got meds started and admitted me. I am still here. I have missed several days of work and will have lots of medical bills once they start rolling in, so I decided to just ask.
The diagnosis is intractable pain from my Arachnoiditis. I am currently on a drip we hope will help. Physical therapy came in today and recommended a work up for MS. That scares me. I have more procedures coming as they are doing a trial for a spinal cord stimulator. I also need to purchase another rollator for the house and going out. I have an Amazon wish list as well under Angela Martin if anyone wants to see needed and wish items. We truly are thankful for all the love, prayers, texts, and comments. They brighten the hard days. Thank you for your time. Love you all, stay blessed!
