My name is Seneca. I met this beautiful little girl (Noah) and her mom (Keys) when she was about 5yrs old. I found out they were homeschooling because of her sickle cell and we imediately connected. I assisted them in their homeschool journey as I had been a homeschooler since my granddaughter was 7yrs old. Her name is Noah, she has Downs Syndrome, autisim, ADHD, and hearing impaired, since she was about 7yrs of age. At 12 years old she had a silent stroke in her sleep which robbed her of her ability to speak clearly. Now at 13 yrs old, she is in need of a life saving Bone Marrow Transplant. She is super loving, loves to draw. Still loves her barbies, which I absolutely love about her. It’s rare to find little girls who actually take their time growing up these days. She is an only child, so she does a lot of pretend play. She has a toy phone she pretends to talk to friends and i think it’s super cute.
Noah and her mom take sometimes 4 trips a month from Panama City to Jacksonville Fl. and back in a day just for blood transfusions and chemo. It has taken a toll on their finances. Why not move is the question. Well Noah found a church family she fell in love with and her and her mom joined to keep a smile on Noah's face along with helping her to mature in her walk with Jesus Christ. When asked what she wanted for her make a wish come true, she requested CeCe Wynans come and sing for her at her church. To everyone's surprised she turned down disneyworld.
Please consider supporting Noah's fight. Together we can help her get the treatment she needs and give her the best chance at a full and joyful life.
