My name is Kara and I currently live in Pennsylvania, I've been in need of cancer surgery for 4 years and haven't been able to afford to take the 6 weeks required off and that includes not supposed to drive either.
I don't have a large support system and have car issues on top of that and have a 6 year old. Blessings!
