Hello world!! My name is my mike smith and i have a child in Government custody and have been trying my hardest for three years🥺to get her to return home jumping through loops in roadblocks that have been set in front of me I still have not got the chance to be a fully responsible parent. In the mist of the three years fighting for my child we took a tragic loss in the family,because her mother is no longer with us.Seeming that the case started with Tia(the mom) I would think my child would be placed with me(the Father)because I had no doings in the case initially.Now I have A new judge plus working with a second public defender,Because the lawyers are extremely high and father rights consultation for $125.Told me I will need $15K to have my child return home I honestly don't have that type of funding. I have been working multiple jobs to try to stay on top of taking care of my 3year old daughter while she's in custody recently i lost my grandmother this made me decide to share my story, With the world for some help in getting my child back with the family. So we can continue to live and make memories I'm just a man trying to take care of my responsibility I'm all she have🥺
