My name is Cleveland, and I am reaching out on behalf of Alaa Kamal, a mother in Gaza who is living in extremely difficult circumstances with her children.
Alaa has asked me to share her story because she is currently living in a tent, and the situation for her and her children has become unbearable. Their father has been imprisoned by Israel since the beginning of the war, leaving Alaa to care for their children alone under unimaginable conditions.
She told me:
“My dear friend, I have children living through an extremely difficult situation, and I am praying that someone will stand with us. I am living in a tent, and the situation here in Gaza is very difficult. Every day, I struggle to provide for my children, and there are times when we go to sleep without food.
I pray to God Almighty that if you know anyone who can support me and my children, or if you could help me start a campaign for us, you would consider doing so. I can provide pictures of my children and share more about our situation. We are desperately in need of help.”
I am sharing Alaa’s story in the hope that someone will be willing to stand with her and her children. Any support, no matter the amount, could make a meaningful difference to this family.
