Lucy’s cancer has come back. It is localized in her leg bones. She is having her mediport placed and beginning chemotherapy today. She is being treated by the best doctors and nurses at MSK. She is being cared for by her loving mama… and y’all, I’m here to tell you that Lori is living in hell. There are no words for the emotional and physical turmoil. Apart from that, it’s almost impossible to hold down a job while your child is undergoing treatment for cancer. I can’t do much for her where I am, but if my friends can join me, I’d love to bless her with a little peace of mind and having a little cash in her pocket. Bills pile up fast. She has to be able to feed herself at the hospital. They’re going to need extra things for Lucy… the list is endless. And if you can’t give her a dime, prayers are MORE than enough 💛💜🎗️
