This dog belongs to a Vietnam veteran. He’s is his emotional support dog and a few days ago a neighbors aggressive dog jumped the fence and tore him apart. The veteran got pulled out of his wheelchair trying to separate them. He is being rushed to the emergency vet me and they told me it was going to be a minimum of atleast $3000.
