Los Jardines Institute is launching a fundraising campaign over the year of 2026. We will be honoring our Co-Director's, Richard Moore, 80th Birthday Celebration. We are celebrating the collective work of people and movements for environmental, economic, social, political and food Justice. Let's continue to build the momentum to honor our civil rights and collective movement!
This fundraising campaign is launching today, 80 days from June 13, 2026 and will continue until June of 2027. In honor of being with community, a countdown eighty hours before the 13th, Los Jardines Institute will host a variety of workshops and activities. Join us in our events including toxic tours, farm play, work days, poetry, herbal, organizing, and art workshops and a panel on the history of environmental justice. On June 13th, we will be hosting a Gemini party that will include music, food, games, poetry and joy for all horoscope signs!
There have many successes in the organizing work done by thousands throughout the decades this work has produced many victories for our communities and we need to acknowledge and celebrate these histories.
Your donation will support the work of Los Jardines Institute's organizational programming. To continue the work forward, the funds will be allocated to staff salaries, to farm equipment, to intern stipends, and more. We also accept written checks, material donations, or your volunteer work! We will measure the success of our campaign by evaluating the process of our goals in June of 2026, December of 2026, and closing June of 2027.
