Chris Amerin is the kind of man who shows up for others. As a devoted husband, father, police officer, and skilled mechanic, he has spent his life serving his community and providing for his family. Whether fixing a car for a friend, protecting his town, or lending a helping hand, Chris has always been the one people could count on.
Now, he needs our support.
On March 3rd, Chris’s life changed in an instant. What began as a normal day ended with him lying on the kitchen floor, suffering what appeared to be a seizure. His wife, Matti, acted fast calling 911 and doing everything she could to keep him safe. From there, everything moved at a terrifying speed. A CT scan revealed a tumor on the right side of his brain, causing dangerous swelling and pressure. Within hours, he was airlifted to Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, where doctors confirmed the tumor.
Two days later, Chris underwent emergency brain surgery to remove the mass. The operation was successful, but his battle is far from over. Ahead lies an uncertain road of recovery—one filled with medical treatments, rehabilitation, and the challenge of rebuilding his life. For now, Chris is unable to return to work, and the weight of medical expenses and daily costs is growing.
Chris is tough. He’s a fighter. But even the strongest among us need a helping hand.
Every donation, no matter how small, will help cover medical expenses, household bills, and the long road ahead. If you can, please give. If you can’t, please share his story.
Together, let’s lift the weight off his shoulders and remind him that he is not alone.
