From Among the Ruins to the Embrace of Hope: A New Home and Treatment to Be Blessed with Children
My name is Mohammed Osama Al-Rayashi, an engineer aged forty-two. My wife Suheila is my partner in every step of our journey. Our dream was not big in the eyes of the world, but it was everything to us: a small warm home filled with love, and the sounds of children filling its corners with life.
After ten years of patience and struggle, our dream came true in February 2022. We chose every piece of furniture with our own hands; every color and every corner was a reflection of years of effort and hope. The house was not just walls, but a mirror of our shared life.
Then the war came…
In a moment, everything turned to ashes. Our house was bombed and destroyed, my company was also destroyed, and we lost not only walls, but years of work, sweat, and tears. Since that day we live in the suffering of displacement and fear, resisting only with prayer and hope.
But we did not give up…
Our dream is still alive: to rebuild our home, and to continue our journey of treatment for infertility, so that we may be blessed with children we have long waited to fill our lives.
