SOUTHWEST AIRLINES FLIGHT ATTENDANT ASSOCIATION
SWAFAA didn't come from a boardroom. It came from Flight Attendants.
It came from people who care deeply about the work we do, the people beside us, and the future we're building together. It came from a feeling that so many of us have shared: there has to be a better way.
For too long, Southwest Airlines Flight Attendants have watched decisions being made that affect our careers, our lives, our families, and our future — sometimes wondering whether our voices were truly being heard.
We believe they should be.
We believe your voice matters. Your membership matters. Your hard-earned money matters. And your future matters. And when decisions need to be made, it's the members who should decide — not someone else deciding for them.
That's why SWAFAA exists.
SWAFAA is here. And we're building something Southwest Airlines Flight Attendants can believe in — an organization built for the members, by the members, and accountable to the people it serves.

THIS ISN'T JUST AN IDEA. THE WORK IS ALREADY HAPPENING.
SWAFAA Organizing Group, LLC has been established in Texas. We've obtained an EIN, established organizational banking and business infrastructure, developed governing documents, built our website and communication platforms, created educational resources, and begun putting the foundation in place to reach Flight Attendants and grow this organization responsibly.
We've already taken the first steps. Now we're asking you to help us take the next ones.

HELP US BUILD WHAT COMES NEXT.
Building an organization from the ground up takes more than an idea. It takes people willing to believe in it — and resources to turn that belief into something real.
Your contribution helps support legal and compliance expenses, organizational filings, technology, website development, communication platforms, educational materials, member outreach, printing, administration, and other legitimate costs necessary to establish and maintain SWAFAA.
But your contribution means more than a number on a fundraising page. It means you're helping build something that belongs to all of us.
Maybe it's $5. Maybe it's $25. Maybe it's $100. Whatever you can give, you're helping lay another brick in the foundation.
And if you can't donate, that's okay. Share this page. Tell another Flight Attendant. Start a conversation. Sometimes the most powerful contribution isn't money — it's helping someone else believe that change is possible.

WHY THIS MATTERS
SWAFAA is currently an organizing initiative and is not yet a certified labor organization. We're continuing to build the legal, financial, administrative, technological, and organizational foundation necessary to establish an independent labor organization for Southwest Airlines Flight Attendants.
And we're building it around principles we believe should never be compromised: transparency, accountability, member participation, responsible financial stewardship, and a genuine voice for the people being represented.
Because we don't want to simply build another organization. We want to build one where the members have the power to decide its direction — not someone else deciding it for them.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
WE'RE BUILDING THIS TOGETHER.
One Flight Attendant can have an idea. A group of Flight Attendants can turn that idea into a movement. And together, we can build something that lasts.
We've already built a lot. There's still more to do, and we want you with us for what comes next.
If you've ever wished your voice carried more weight, wanted to know that your membership truly mattered, or believed that the people being represented should have a real say in the organization representing them, this is your opportunity to help build it.
Contribute if you can. Share if you can. Bring someone else into the conversation. Because SWAFAA isn't about one person, a title, or power.
It's about people. It's about giving Flight Attendants a voice and making sure the members — the people this organization exists to serve — are the ones who ultimately decide its direction.
SWAFAA belongs to all of us.
TOGETHER. WE ARE ONE.
