In life, there are no guarantees or no promises. We walk by faith, not by sight! When tragedy strikes, and there's nowhere to turn, listen to your ❤️, and do what our God Lord says to do.
This is about saving a family out of severe financial, physical, mental & emotional struggle. Grief is the main struggle and its so hard when crisis stricks! Events that were unforseen, now unmanageable. Strength in numbers & I can no longer go at it alone.
Eric, my oldest son was in a motorcycle accident. Due to no fault of his own. The police report stating he was driving 5 miles to fast for road condtions. We could not get financial help from our state, but he is receiving SSDI Benefits. He now suffers now from Traumatic Brain Injury & spinal Cord Injury. He is 27/7 wheelchair dependent. Two months after his accident we lost 6 very close family members that would be here to help us had God not had his other plans first. They are my sons father, both grandparents their step sister, their aunt, & their cousin. Robbie, my youngest son went through a severe mental breakdown with all this. He didn't want to see any Doctors, so he put his trust in God to heal him. I had a great job was working full time. My company stood by me even when I missed so much work to care for my family. They couldn't grant me anymore time off, so I lost my job and our only true means to pay our bills. Unemployment denied my benefits due to I was not actively looking for a job, and GA medicaid waiver program denied me caretaker benefits due to his full medicaid plan doesn't include that program. So, without an income, I could not pay my credit card, personal loan & my accounts closed one by one. My credit went from 750 to 599. Just like that! I have always tried hard to take care of myself & family without asking anyone. We've been with my Dad since Eric's accident in 2021 and he is wanting to sell the house this coming year and we have to move. My sister pass away 3 years ago! (Almost) She had breast Cancer. She went through treatment, beat it & it came back with a vengeance. It took her from us. She left behind Jaimie, my niece and Lake, my nephew. This fundraiser is for them also because their fathers are gone too. I am what they have left as far as family. Our dog Spook of 12 years has a growing mass by his nostrils. He's Eric's dog that is the most talking, sweetest well mannered dog we've known. He walks beside Eric everytime we go for a stroll. The biopsy, CT scan & surgery will cost well over $ 3,000. My credit was A1 until I lost my job and couldn't pay my credit card, personal loans, etc.... is there anyone out there that can & will help us! We are good people with very caring giving hearts. We will do what it takes to pay it forward and go above & beyond. Ive not ever asked for a hand out. This, to me is a request for a hand up because theres times when thats the only way. I will produce any documents you deem necessary, upon request, to ensure this plea for help is valid! I understand this world & the people in it and I assure we are not the deceitful scammers that are out there. Our family thanks you so much for taking the time to read our story, and for your thoughful consideration! Without you, we can not get up & survive. Our government does not care!
