Today, two days before Christmas, I found out that a friend of mine was diagnosed with late 2nd stage Leukemia. They don't have the proper health insurance to get what they need to fight cancer, and I'm scared at the possibility that they will go in debt just to get the medicine and treatment they need to stay alive. I know money is a constraint right now for everyone because of Covid, but I hope you can find some way to donate to them this Christmas. They have told me to keep this disheartening news to myself, so I am going to withold their name in order to respect their wishes.
