The Story
Hello everyone,
Meet Pumba, the sweet Bulldog I recently adopted! From the moment he walked into my life, he stole my heart with his goofy personality, but it breaks my heart to watch him struggle with a challenge that many flat-faced dogs face.
Pumba is suffering from Brachycephalic Obstructive Airway Syndrome (BOAS), a severe respiratory condition common to his breed. Simple daily activities—like walking, playing, eating, and even sleeping soundly—are a constant battle because his airways are too narrow to let him catch his breath properly.
Adopting a dog is a lifelong promise. I am fully committed to giving Pumba a loving forever home, but his medical needs require a village. To give him the quality of life he truly deserves, he needs urgent, specialized care.
