Happy Holidays All! My name is Markeena. I am A single mother of 2 teenagers residing in Orange County, NY. I relocated here from Brooklyn 3 years ago for a better life for my girls. Since purchasing my first home, it’s been a challenge on me financially. I’ve struggled but I’m usually able to make things happen. I’ve fallen behind on my Home Owner’s Association fees and facing them purchasing my home in auction on January 22, 2026 if I do not pay $32,000 by  January 20, 2026. With most of that being legal fees. I am The most giving person and willing to help anyone and everyone in need. This time, I am in need.
