Our dear Shawna is facing every parent’s worst nightmare. Her 21-year-old daughter, Jaylynn, is critically ill with cystic fibrosis complications and currently in the fight of her life. After over 45 days in the hospital her condition has worsened, she now is now in ICU and her mother has dropped everything to be by her side.
Shawna is not only a devoted caregiver, but also a mother of six. With her full attention focused on caring for Jay, she’s unable to work. That means no income to cover even the most basic expenses — rent, food, gas, etc.
Shawna is the strongest person. She would never ask anyone for help — but we are asking on her behalf, because right now, she truly needs it
Your support will allow Shawna to remain by Jaylynn’s side during this critical time — without the crushing stress of financial survival.
