Sobhe Al Sayyed has beaten all the odds to survive a full year of genocide in Gaza. He survived the Al Shifa Hospital massacre, Flour Massacre 1, Flour Massacre 2, multiple bombardments, a 4-day siege on his house, the intentional destruction of his house, and a second direct siege of his home. He has lost both grandmothers this year and is currently under ongoing attack as the North is being broadly massacred unchecked by any international accountability systems.
In addition to these direct attacks, aid entering North Gaza has been blocked for nearly a whole month as of the time of writing this paragraph. The North is starving.
Sobhe's family has been forced to rent an apartment but is trying to purchase a tent to save money, and allow for portability.
Sobhe worked hard to earn his first $20,000 to reach safety, but that fund was shut down by GFM. Sobhe worked hard to earn nearly $30,000 again, but those funds are currently frozen by the bank, Sobhe is seeking a total of $10,000 to purchase a tent, complete his families fund to reach safety, and survive the man-made famine in his region. Should this scenario carry on longer we may be forced to increase the amount, but will update the fund as often as possible to communicate Sobhe's ongoing needs.
Please share this fund and help Sobhe's family survive these impossible odds. Give his family the hope they are struggling to find. Share what you can when you can to help them access food, shelter, and safety.
