Friends, family, and fellow nurses,
One of my nurses needs our help and prayers. Her name is Selam; she has been going through extreme difficulty since she found out she was pregnant last year. Her pregnancy was extremely complicated. She had to have an emergency c-section 1 month prior to her due date. Baby spent several days in NICU intubated and eventually was placed in step down unit. Baby has been re-admitted a few different times, but this past Wednesday, Selam took her sweet little one home and he stopped breathing. She saved her son’s life by giving him CPR and getting emergency services at her house quickly. They are now at the hospital again. PLEASE help me help this mama and her precious little boy who has been fighting for his life since he was born. Baby’s brother has been so strong and helping his mom as much as possible, but the entire family has been through so much over the past 6 months. Funds go towards daily living and hospital bills. She did not want me to do this… but it’s 100% necessary. She is the primary provider for her partner and 2 children and has been out of work for months. PLEASE spread the love to her!!
