Hello! My name is Olivia Jackson, and I am a Clarkson University Student, an ROTC cadet, a veterinary assistant, and an avid Potsdam Humane Society (PHS) Volunteer. With the help of my ROTC battalion, The Golden Knights, I am looking to raise money for my local animal shelter. My goal for this fundraiser is $600.
Our goal is to be able to purchase four durable dog beds for our pups to sleep on as they wait for adoption. These beds are high quality and can withstand even our biggest and toughest furry friends, and they are much needed in the kennels. The four beds we would purchase with your donation are roughly $120 each, so I have set a goal of $600, giving us a little extra for shipping and tax. Hopefully, my goal will be exceeded, and with that, I will be purchasing food, towels, training treats, and other items for the dogs and cats. I will be promoting my work on Spotfund, on Facebook, and on flyers I have created that will be placed around my campus. The donations to this fundraiser will be awarded to the shelter when the goal is met or when they slow down. I am in great appreciation of your contribution to this cause, as the welfare of these animals that I love so much means a lot to me.
