My family purchased our fist home in 2022 and since living here we have had three floods in our basement. the previous owner did cosmetic work in order to get this house sold. The home insurance and warranty companies told us they are not helping us. We have three little children who have asthma and this is conflicting with their health. We need emergency help to get the it fix for the sake of our children.
