Help Us Get Brew Back on His Feet 🐾
In less than 24 hours, Brew has gone from being his normal doofy self to losing most of the mobility and coordination in his hind end. His condition has progressed rapidly, and in the last 24 hours alone, we’ve been to four different veterinary clinics to figure out what is happening.
At this point, Brew needs an MRI to determine what is causing his neurological symptoms, with the possibility that he may need surgery depending on what they find. We’ve been told the cost of the MRI, hospitalization and potential surgery could reach upwards of $12,000.
Asking for help like this is incredibly difficult for us. We hate being in a position where we have to ask at all. We’re prepared to put everything we reasonably can toward Brew’s care and expect to cover around $7,000 ourselves, but with everything happening so suddenly, we’ve realized we may not be able to do this entirely on our own.
So, for Brew, we’re swallowing our pride and asking for a little help.
Anyone who knows Brew knows what a sweet, goofy, happy boy he is. We just want to give him every possible chance to get back on his feet and back to being himself.
