Hello!
This past week, I found out that my daughter was accepted to participate in the Miss Rhode Island Pageant this May. She immediately called me and asked me what I thought she should do, and I suggested she do it! Her biggest concern was raising the money to be able to compete, as she is currently in college. My daughter goes to Roger Williams University in Bristol, Rhode Island, and is in her second year there. She is studying Elementary Education, has a 3.8 GPA, has a minimum-wage job on campus (living on a fixed income), and is working hard to graduate early. She is a super hard worker and she dedicates all of her time to schooling and her many roles on campus (such as being an RA). There is nothing more that I want to see than for her to be able to follow her dreams and do something for herself, such as compete in this pageant in May. I am dedicating myself to helping her raise the money so she can focus on school and follow this dream. I have many family and friends in Rhode Island (and Florida!), and I'm hoping some of my friends or some nice strangers can help me make this come true for her (and the people that I've previously helped, this is how you can re-pay me :) ).
If you do decide to donate, your name will go in the catalog to commemorate you helping my daughter be able to do this! Every little bit helps!
