To actually mean what I have just written and to then share it on my personal account, I am broken.
I have no control and things are spiraling into an earth-bound plummet.
I really don't know what to do, and that is hell.
I don't know how we exist right now. How do we survive?
The advice is to speak up when things are bad.
I am speaking up from within my every last sinew and to anyone that will listen, support, help, and share...
My pride now has to also wave goodbye as I ask for your financial assistance. Just three years ago I used to donate to charities, volunteer at soup kitchens, and pay for a few strangers' layaway gifts.
Now I have less than $100, actually, it is $79.43, how embarrassing! Though pride does not pay for anything.
It is our intention to pay back the donation you are able to assist us with. Regardless of the amount, we sadly just have no idea of stating when that can be. At least not with any real accuracy.
As this involves a legal matter I have to be careful and particularly selective with my words, and I am.
This is an actual factual business review that every person should be aware of, exposing businesses and the individuals within them. This is a factual review of a business that should be alarming and distressing to all who read, explore, and expose the facts. This requires Distribution, not Censorship.
Therefore, here is my personal review of DR. HELENA LINCOLN

As this is a legal matter, I can prove each and anything that I state with actual evidence.
My upper and lower teeth were removed in October 2021 with implants and a smile to be gloriously completed in February 2022.
Actual experience.
Medical Malpractice - Standard of Care & Causation - Neglect - Independent expert oral surgeon reports obtained, and completed, highlighting dubious activities, missing/non-existent patient records, charts and X-rays, questionable record creation and billing concerns, misplaced implant posts, incorrect implant posts type, incorrect implant posts length, incorrect and inadequate number of posts, qualification concern, despite in-depth discussion pertaining to a pre-existing chronic medical condition namely \"Crohns\" disease, the evidence provided in addition to the living evidence and its proven continued deteriorating health impacts it is alarming, perhaps even distressing that this has not been resolved and or settled.
*It is very telling that all the reports were provided with purely Dr. Helena Lincoln's version of events.
Known health impact.
25-40% abnormal bone loss. Serious eventual restoration concerns. Complete removal of any and all work provided by Dr. Lincoln.
Malnutrition - a potential killer diagnosed
Dangerous Weight loss
Major Esophagal concern and investigation continue, complete blockage from mere saliva is experienced up to 30 occasions per day, resulting in distress, nausea, vomiting, and acid burns.
Crohn's Disease exacerbation impacts significantly in all available areas.
Mental Health
Who knows the extent of this one, I feel like this existence is getting harder and harder, too hard for my family. I can't honestly answer that. For reasons irrelevant to this matter, yet factual, I was and still am financially responsible for my darling wife, adult daughter, and three amazing young grandchildren.
Our income is zero and has been for a year now.
We receive no income benefits, and have not found one that we qualify for - things are dire.
Have nothing to sell, my health getting worse and the unknown doesn't look good.
My daughter receives food assistance from the state, and we all have state medical insurance.
Savings and current earning ability have gone, and friends' sensational help is exhausted.
I need help with rent, toiletries, cleaning products, utilities, phones, internet, and maxed credit cards - that feels pretty lost. They are all shutting down their services on us now and so it was vital to get this review out, and a request that you share share share share, you do not have to comment, but sharing allows those who need to know the facts, the risks, and the dangers, get to see facts before potentially others suffer the same outcome... while I still can post. Anything helps.
Lost our largest and life-changing, three-year developed multi-million dollar business opportunity (of which Dr. Lincoln was so aware, she even mentions it in court papers. A gaunt, toothless, metal screws sticking out of the gums business forensic expert, is not the desired marketing material or executive lead expert's preferred look. I spoke in detail with Helena about this, she would refer to me as having the "big presentation smile".

So the mental health impact is a behemoth that will take considerable time, attention, and patience for each of those impacted, how much has it impacted? That I do not know.
Lost irreplaceable moments with my wife, they can't be replaced or compensated, I have not been able to kiss my wife with any passion, share a meal together, or talk about our dreams, we cannot get this time back, it has been stolen from me/us.
Time my daughter and my three grandkids have been ripped away from me because I went to a dentist called Dr. Helena Lincoln.
My grandson who is four just thinks "Papi" (granddads) all sip a cup of bone broth twice a day for food, can't always play because they need the bathroom to be "sicked" in, because I went to the wrong person, the wrong dentist, and in my personal opinion and calculation, a dangerous individual who is way out of their professional ability, expertise, but does not care.
Unsurprisingly, the atmosphere in our house is not good and very unfair. Emotions are completely astray. Just a personal opinion perhaps but seriously "how dare she"?
My eight-year-old princess said, "she is sad that her Papi won't see her graduate". Heart-wrenching.
What are my grandchildren going to remember of me? us? their childhood?... These are the results I have had as a consequence of visiting Dr. Helena Lincoln, of the beyond ironically named "Fairytale Trubridge Dental" they have certainly been transformative and life-changing and I will ensure that I conduct my human decency responsibility to ensure that if it has a heartbeat it is made aware of my freedom of speech and legal right to provide a public warning or business review, based purely on factual experience that can be proven in a court of law; of what I experienced with Dr. Helena Lincoln.
**As If that was not enough and could not get much worse**
My adult daughter has also gone through this nightmare, this was something we were both going into supporting one another.
Yes, my daughter has also not been able to chew food for over a year, she has massive and dangerous weight loss, was diagnosed with malnutrition (this is very serious), received a life-saving blood transfusion, anxious, depressed, and has no doubt as horrified, hurt, lost and desperate as me.
I will leave it to her to leave her own factual review of Dr. Helena Lincoln of Fairytale Trubridge Dental, Bainbridge Island, WA, 98110.
The offer was far below what TDC stated as the policy of the insured limit. We had mediation proposed to us by Dr. Lincoln's attorney, Michael Estok, and declined by Dr. Lincoln when we accepted a proposal, I feel it will also be seen for what it was, another demonstration that the goal is to more than exist and start to rebuild lives being shattered, we are struggling to survive and a judge and jury will see that the evidence and award accordingly...but after having the offer for over ten days, they declined that as well.
They did offer to return the Medicaid monies as a gesture of goodwill. Which I am pretty sure had nothing to do with one of the independent oral surgeon experts stating concerns about "overbilling" with Medicaid.
As a court hearing will be 18-24 months out within Kitsap county and all (Dr. Helena Lincoln, The Doctors Company (her malpractice insurers), Michael Estok, attorney) are aware of the facts, the undeniable and vile lies ( Dr. Lincoln actually accused me of physically and mentally assaulting her, under oath) - the proof and judge berated her despicable written statement, your assistant Stuart M Moulder put his hands on Mr. Radcliffe, his self-discipline was commendable and to write on your third version that you were assaulted is unconscionable, not to mention damning to actual victims.
In my personal opinion, I would not put anything beyond Dr. Helena Lincoln.
What sort of person makes such a heinous accusation?
Dr. Helena Lincoln is that sort of person.
There are many lies, all with evidence.
Again, as far as I am concerned, I believe Dr. Helena Lincoln is brushing us aside as garbage that can't afford to take her on financially and will just go away. As my civic duty, they will not just start another company Trubridge Dental (registered September 2022), and get away with what personally, only feels like purposeful prolonged torture, Dr. Lincoln posting press releases about what wonderous things are being accomplished. In my humble opinion and personal experience, as the father of another victim of Dr. Helena Lincoln, I wouldn't even send her there for the treatment...perhaps Stuart Moulder, who smirked as my daughter saw Lincoln's attempt and began crying, haunts us both. I can hope that Karma has a sick sense of humor when returning his dues.

I would appreciate and am asking that you help in protecting the public at large by making them aware of what an actual experience review is like of Dr. Helena Lincoln, Fairytale Trubridge Dental, Bainbridge Island, WA, and her partner Stuart Mitchell Moulder, governor of Fairytale, office manager, dental scanner, bridge miller, CTO of Trubridge Dental, who has been stalking and trolling me (that is okay though, Moulder, there is a lot more about you coming (yes, I have evidence).
I have not asked before, but I truly appreciate you sharing this with your connections and followers.
Sometimes, the dog has to have a day, just because someone has wealth, and a respected occupation does not mean that they can "skip" and "ignore" the rules and crush, in my personal situation, lives.
I wish I could expose these personal atrocities and embarrass these two to every waking soul.

From my personal perspective and based upon experience, I have no idea how either of you, Dr. Helena Lincoln or Stuart Mitchell Moulder can look at yourselves in the mirror, never mind your children, and hold your heads up in public. When did being IMO so blatantly abusive and again IMO controlling bullies become acceptable? On Bainbridge Island, WA, or anywhere else.
