I’m a 13 year public educator who is in her last semester of a cardiovascular technology program. We work in the cath lab. I quit my teaching career September of 2025 and is in clinical 4 days a week and in class on the 5th day. I am also a single mom. We have moved back in with my parents, but needless to say, there just aren’t any more funds to finish up this last semester. I took a huge leap of faith to even be chosen for this program, and I’m currently in the thick of it navigating daily life. Ultimately this is a step towards a better life for us. I was blessed with a scholarship for the last semester however,
There is still the matter of securing my ACLS, the RCIS exam payment and getting back and forth to clinical. I’m on my 3rd phone number this year just attempting to keep us afloat. I’m so close to end and I’ve come to far to give up! Times are difficult for everyone, so whatever you choose to give is a blessing. We appreciate you! Graduation is December 2026!
