Shannon is one of the greatest guys you will ever meet! He is always there for anyone who needs help and never asks for anything back. I've known him for over 20 yrs now and the memories we have I will forever cherish. You can't know Shannon and not have one of "those memories" that goes down in that greatest of all times book.

At the beginning of the yr he was hit with bladder cancer which devastated everyone who knew him but like a champ he kept going. He did his surgery and had his chemo all while still working only to have it hit again. Shannon did what Shannon does and repeated it all while still working, while being a partner to Kim (his wife in my book) and be a father and papa to his 3 sons and all 12 of his grandkids and still have enough left to be a friend to anyone who needed it.  Finally cancer hit again and took its toll and he had to quit working in March, thinking it was "just temporary" he kept that smile on his face.

Over the summer Shannon started falling and progressively getting worse. His doctor started therapy thinking maybe a pinched nerve or something and started therpay. Sadly because Shannon was gone from work so long he lost his job which was devasting because that was also his health ins. Fast forward to last wk when Shannon was also now diagnosed with brain cancer. He is currently in the hospital waiting to be transported to St. Louis for a biopsy and most likely surgery.

Shannon's been out of work for over 6 months now and his funds are depleted. Kim is currently trying to get him medicaid. SHANNON NEEDS HELP to not only cover his bills but also expenses going back and forth to St. Louis.

If you know him you know asking for help is not something he would ever do but he needs it. This man is a great human being and has been dealt a horrible hand that just keeps hitting him over and over. Please every little bit helps!!!!!
