I (Terry) am writing this for my sister Tina (Detwiler) Shepherd as she has just suddenly lost her husband to a massive cardiac arrest on Saturday (8/7/21).  My sister is a very hard working woman, and has always been that way.  Anyone who knows her knows that this is a fact as she has raised 2 girls and for the most part been the major bread-winner in their household for many years.  Sheldon was not able to work much at all because of health reasons so it was left up to her to support her family.  Now, at this critical time in her life, dealing with the loss of her husband and trying to figure it all out with no insurance; I'm asking if you would be willing to give her a helping hand.  The cost of the funeral is $5300.00.  As I said, they have no insurance at all to help with these costs.  The funeral home is working with her to make payments, but I know it would be a major help to her to have a helping hand.  Would you be willing to pray for her and the family and to financially give to relieve the pressure of having this along with everything else as she makes the adjustments in her life to pick up the pieces and carry on?  Many thanks in advance!
