Hi,

My name is Tamara Cook, 28yr old native of Alabama currently living in New York. My interest in fashion design began when I was a child, I always knew what I wanted to do in life. It was my dream to excel in custom evening gown design. As we all know dreams rarely come without cost so this fundraiser will ensure I am able to achieve my goals in 2022.

My Story

After high school I moved to Atlanta,Ga and attended Bauder College school of design. Upon completion of studies I took a bus to New York City determined to succeed, six years later I am still designing and fine tuning my skills.

This year’s goals are lofty but achievable with the help of my supporters. So far I have participated in New York fashion week, designed my first bridesmaid collection and custom designed bridal and prom dresses for a growing list of clients.

Future plans are to expand and mass produce the bridesmaid collection, continue designing custom gowns for my clients and develop educational courses for young aspiring designers between the ages of 15-18.
