On September 24, 2024 we received news no parent wants to hear. One of children has cancer. Landon our oldest son, my husbands first born, was diagnosed with Lymphoma. Since that day, he has had further testing and has received a new diagnosis. He has stage 4 a, Nasopharyngeal Cancer. Landon is in CA and we are in CO. We flew down October 2nd, and Landon started chemo October 6th. Landon will have 4 months of back to back chemo treatments. I started this page, because a sweet parent of one of my students asked if we had a way to give to support for our travels. I am not able to travel as often as my husband. Kalani is a retired veteran and our home school teacher. This page is to raise funds for Kalani to travel, along with our kids, to relieve Landons mother. I am not able to take much time off of work, so the children will have to go with him.
Many have asked how they can help support us. Traveling fees is the perfect support. Landon wants his dad with him, and his mother will need rest. I am not able to go, but I want to support them both as best as I can, and that's giving him his father.
Please pray that Landons body is strengthened after chemo and the tumor dissipates. He is in love with the Lord, and learning how to be comforted by the Holy Spirit. We can't ask for a better son. Thank you for your willingness to support our family. ❤️
