One of Venom’s all time favorite things to do is chase his ball! Who would have thought that this would lead him into needing back surgery!? I threw his ball as I always do and he crashed and loss use of his back legs! He screamed, thrashed and even was biting on anything to figure out where the pain was coming from. He didn’t understand and neither did I! I rushed him to the nearest animal ER where he possibly herniated his spinal disc. $2600.00 for a vet stay and meds, and Nero vet to analyze him. An MRI is an additional $5k. With the holidays, and moving from Germany this is a huge financial burden. He has health insurance but since moving it hasn’t started up yet. Since they didn’t cover him in Germany. Anything helps! I know this is a huge favor to ask anyone but being a single Soldier and he’s all I really have I don’t think I could be without him!
