Hello Everyone My Name is Shaunda and on Aug 19, 2015, My life Changed forever. I was shot in the back of the head by a 9mm Bullet while sitting in a friends Truck. By the Grace of God I Survived!! The unknown suspect was never found,I have been through a lot over these past 8 years. I Lost My Mom and my Aunt in that same year now. At time of the shooting I was homeless and throughout this tragedy I went through some rough times. Lost all my belongings in a house fire in 2016, after many years hurt and suffering I decided to move to a new city in Waltham, Ma in September 2020 where I was placed in a Women’s Homeless Shelter, I was scared and alone but I knew it was best thing for me. It took me over a year to get my own Apartment, But I never stopped pressing my way to get help and connect with more resources. Now that I’ve been settled in my place for a while, I’m Still need a lot of Things for my place. I need of a new dining set, my old one is broke. Coffee table set and end tables, nice pot set, Blender, Cake Mixer, bakeware, Accent Chair for my living room, Bed sheets,Iron, New Mop and Broom and the list goes on. I was never able to have a housewarming party either. I no longer work due to the Trauma From The shooting and I now live on a fixed income, so I can’t afford to buy all the things I need for my home. I know great things will happen if I’m able to fulfill my dream of updating my place.
