Hi I'm Luna, and lately, my right front leg has had me struggling. It's hard not being able to do every day things like I used to. Over the past year, I've moved between people who couldn't quite give me the care I needed and then I got hurt. No one knows how it happened which is very defeating, especially after spending my early years a breeding dog. It’s left me feeling a bit worn down, but now I've found some amazing friends who are really stepping up to help me out.
The X-rays don't show any fractures in my leg but we did find some calcium and compressed vertebrate in my neck which is likely part of the problem.
The vets say an MRI is the best picture to tell us what is going on, and we are trying weekly acupuncture treatments to provide some immediate relief (it's definitely helping).
The treatments and MRI require quite a bit of funding, and we are hoping to raise $7,000 to continue with both.
