Randy Tyler has a story to tell. He has been through struggle, addiction, good times & bad. In 2020, due to a spinal infection, he became partially paralyzed. He has been through hospital stay after hospital stay and now resides at a long term care facility. He is 3 years sober, gaining physical and mental strength every day, and has stayed positive throughout the journey. Even through all the hard and scary experiences, his mindset has never waivered. He wants to be independent. He wants to get back to working. He wants to tell his story! The only issue is, while living in this facility, his insurance will not cover the expenses of independence, for example a wheelchair and a lift for help getting in and out of vehicles. We have found a wheelchair and a lift that will help tremendously to help him be more independent and get out and tell his story! We need your help! The wheelchair without fitting costs is $2,000 & the lift is $1,500 plus tax and shipping. Any donations will help us get closer to Randy's Independence.
