Oak has a lot of check ups and I am almost positive that there is a 30 dollar fee just to be seen. We just want to be safe rather than get there and be empty handed.. anything helps us❤️

We found Oakland on Kings Hwy in Texarkana. He acts like he has been in an abusive environment before. His back right leg looks to be broken, he won't even touch it to the ground. He whimpers himself to sleep. I want to be able to get him the help he needs... he is so sweet and wants to be full of life, he just is restricted. Please help in anyway possible❤️
