Nearly 1.1 million New York City Residents are living with hunger, and with the shut down earlier this year putting many people out of work and rapidly increasing the need for assistance, the demand on the food banks have surged.
We are launching this fund raiser with the goal to raise $2,500. With a long winter ahead of us, and months before things (hopefully) start to turn around the need to fund the food banks will only increase.
