Our team, Aqueducks, focuses on humanitarian water delivery to parts of Ukraine where the supply of clean water has been interrupted. These interruptions have been caused by a mix of the destruction of dams, frontline combat, and neglect of water logistics due to proximity to the front. We usually operate in areas which are too dangerous for large charities to cover.
Our equipment includes a large truck which can haul 10000 liters (2,667 gallons) donated by Estonians, a Ford F-150 and trailer which can haul 2000 lites (533 galloins) donated by Americans, a mobile water filtration truck lent to us by a Ukrainian Charity, and a wide range of storage tanks, pumps, generators, and hoses.
Our operational expenses have been 70% funded by Canadians, plus 30% from Brits, Ukrainians, and others.
Our staff are a mix of foreign volunteers and locally hired Ukrainian villagers.

We also need reliable volunteers who can handle a 2-month minimum commitment in Ukraine. Our best volunteers have had a lot of experience working in fields like forest fire fighting, disaster relief, farming, military, and construction. It’s also possible to volunteer part-time/remotely without coming to Ukraine, to help with administrative tasks.
