We're The ROWDY BARDS, a five-piece Irish pub sing and show band based in SW Florida.
Through our time as a band, we've begun a partnership and ultimately a friendship with the Women of Irish Heritage of SWFL, a not for profit organization that provides scholarships for young girls in Irish dance.
We were blessed to play at their annual event last year where they were able to provide THREE girls with $750 scholarships. They have a goal this year to provide three girls with $1000 scholarships.
As a band, we feel like it's important to give our friends, family, fans, and followers the chance to partner with us and with WOIH of SWFL.
With that in mind, we're committed to help raise the funds for ANOTHER $1000 scholarship to really help meet the needs of these young dancers.
Would you please consider donating even a dollar? Five or ten if you've got it? Heck, if you got a spare $100, give that too—it's going to not only help these girls have access to better opportunities as dancers, but will help keep our Irish and Celtic Heritage alive for generations to come.
