Family In Need

My wife and I have recently had the worst string of luck. Background on us we both work in law enforcement in a correctional facility we work long hard hours and have three boys who live at home through the chaos. We purchased a brand new vehicle and have had nothing but trouble with this vehicle GM doesn’t want to help in any way and the dealership is doing everything they can to make things right. About a year ago I got injured at work and was out of work for a year and required to have surgery while it was a workers comp case and I got paid I didn’t get paid enough and we fell back on credit cards to get us by we have been working very hard since I returned to work to build back up the credit that dropped from me being out of work and the the vehicle issues started happening and the dealership is doing everything they can to get us into a different vehicle but GM is unwilling to help so we won’t be upside down on this deal we have submitted a claim and been denied although this vehicle is a lemon we can’t wait the months and months it can take for reliable transportation. We never ask for help and my wife doesn’t know I am asking for help but the stress of all this is causing us to not get along and she truly is the person who saved my life and my best friend I don’t know where else to turn. Please if you have anything every little bit helps. I do feel ashamed even asking for help but I will also provide all proof needed to show this money is going for a reliable vehicle for our family( we worked hard for a brand new vehicle off the lot and it is back at the shop with a blown engine) thank you so much for your time
