I am raising money for my daughter,  April Holland. Shes on unpaid medical leave with 3 ruptured discs in her lumbar spine and has no income while waiting for short-term disability. She is also facing serious neurological issues affecting her vision and possibly her brain.  April has 5 children, 4 in the home, ages 2 to 16.
