The Mid-Ohio Market at Columbus State changes the perception of food pantries and serves a community in need, removing the stigma around hunger and providing access to life-changing resources. It's an exciting new approach to free food markets, enabling customers to access a no-cost, grocery store experience that provides convenient access to the right food, in the right place, and at the right time.
Last year, Mid-Ohio Market served over 24,000 students and community members. Your donation helps us continue to provide in-person food shopping and pre-packed food boxes to students and community members.
Since 2019, the Mid-Ohio Market at Columbus State has provided students and community members access to free, fresh, and shelf-stable food, including produce, milk, bakery goods, meat, and eggs.
Mid-Ohio Market works with community partners throughout central Ohio and provides volunteer opportunities for students, staff, and community members. Learn more about Mid-Ohio Market and volunteer opportunities here.
