I'm 60 years old and I have high blood pressure. Even though I didn't know it was affecting my health. Now I've lost 70 pounds I have to go to dialysis 3 times a week and I now need a lot of medications and some of them are expensive. Plus I'm having to live in a place that isn't very good. I'm on a fixed income and it isn't covering everything. I don't have a car now so I have to pay for rides. Please help me. Thank you
