Hi Loves!

I'm looking for help to fund my 2ND Bodybuilding Season and FIRST PRO SEASON (even a little bit will go a long way!) The goal is to be able to make the most of this season and participate in as many shows as possible between May and September, but I'll need financial support in order to make that happen.

If you own a business and are interested in sponsorship, I have sponsorship packages and opportunities listed at the bottom of this page.

A bit about my natural bodybuilding journey:
I’ve been working with Matthew Burdess, coach and owner of Team Muscle Initiative, since January 2021. My first season in 2022 I participated two shows and won pro cards at both:

  • USBF Midwest Legends - Women's Bodybuilding Overall Champion
  • OCB Viking - Women's Physique Overall Champion

I've taken two full years to focus on building muscle, eating big and refining my understanding of competing and posing so that I can bring my best to my first season as a Pro Bodybuilder.

What are the Women's Physique/Bodybuilding Divisions?
Most of the general population is more familiar with the bikini division in women’s bodybuilding. Women’s physique and bodybuilding divisions are a bit different. Here are some of the details of women’s physique:

  • Showcase of athletic physique with femininity, symmetry, muscle tone & poise.
  • Visible muscle separation and some visible striations but not excessively muscular or shredded. Generally 8-10% body fat range.
  • Judged in a round of mandatory poses as well as an individual choreographed routine set to music (no heels, woot woot!)

What are the costs for a season?

Individual Show costs

  • Competition Suit: $600-$1000 each
  • Entry Fees: about $600/show
  • Federation Memberships: $100-$300
  • Transportation: $400-1000/show. Much more this round. There are not many Pro shows for Women's Physique and Bodybuilding. I will have to travel closer to the East or West Coasts in order to compete at this level. Additionally, I'll be competing in a new organization in hopes to earn a pro card and compete at the international level in my next season.
  • Hotel or Air-BNB Costs: (Most likely a 4-night stay due to distance) $200-$450/night
  • Hair: about $250 pre-show & $150 at each show
  • Make-up: $200-400/show
  • Showday Tan: $200-300/show
  • Professional Photographs: $200-300/show
  • Time off from work - up to $1500 depending on distance traveled and needs to rest, focus and recover the week before shows

Costs already incurred throughout training:

Coaching, Supplements, Practice Suits, Massages, Chiropractor, Cupping Therapy, Travel 80mi for coaching & posing sessions
