We started out the Jr. Ranger competition with the thought "yeah, it would be so cool to win $20,000!" Over the last few weeks, our focus has shifted: To teach our four year old how to advocate for something he cares about.
Teddy loves everything about nature, and wants to protect it. He has worked hard to share his cause with others, including learning how to conquer the scary task of talking to strangers. He has gone door to door asking for donations and explaining who he is and why he's fundraising. We believe this is an important lesson that should be taught to children: how to be confident, how to advocate, and how to share their passions.
Teddy would love if you could take a moment to donate to his fundraiser for the National Wildlife Federation. The funds will be collected through *spotfund, and then passed along to the NWF.
