Jeremy McCoy is a professional bass player from Nashville, TN. Jeremy has a resume that any player would be jealous of but he's no prima donna, he's a working-class hero. He earns every dollar slugging it out in studios, bars, and amphitheaters worldwide.
Among many other accolades, Jeremy is known to be the world's first and only BASSER. Like the much beloved Tigger, he is the only one of his kind.
Regardless of his special place in the bass lexicon, and his status in the BASSERING community, he does not own a Steinberger. As we can all agree, to show up to a Nashville studio with anything but a Steinberger is the kiss of death for a professional musician. I can only imagine his shame when he walks into a studio holding a Fender Precision or a Gibson EB-2 instead of the canary yellow Steinberger Spirit XT-2 that commands the respect of his peers.
As luck would have it, Jeremy's birthday is coming up on January 19th, 2023. I believe that it's our duty to provide this essential piece of bassering equipment in order for him to lay down the bottom end for the songs that are now the fabric of our very existence. While I know that our economic future is uncertain, I must ask that you dig deep and support this cause. Ask yourself if you can afford to allow The Basser to run around Nashville, half-cocked, WITHOUT a Big Bird-colored headless bass guitar. The answer is no, you cannot.
