Greetings family members, life group Members, church, friends, and any other financial contributors.
The purpose of this page is to provide an easy/less confusing way to help The Kaemmerling Family succeed in their mission! What is that? Well, ultimately to provide a career that would propel their family to a stable and growing financial situation. This will be exceedingly beneficial to their church, mission and ultimately God's will for their family. Obadiah is working full time at Envoy airlines in Waco, Tx and is studying for his private pilot check ride (basically an FAA practical and oral test) coming up in September or October. The next step is going to be rather tough on their family. Currently there is no pay during the 5-7 month period while he is in training. Obadiah will be transferring to the ‘Pilot cadet program’ at Envoy airlines in Dallas through ATP the same month he receives his Private Pilot License. According to the ATP website, “Full Time Training Schedule is up to seven days per week [8am-8pm], during a typical week at ATP Flight School, you will train five to seven days per week and participate in a variety of flight training activities and lessons. ATP strives to provide two days off each week, however, students must be available for training seven days per week to keep you on schedule.” Due to this issue The Kaemmerlings have discussed many options on how to arrive at the figure they need in-order to complete their goal. Also, Jessica is pregnant in her third trimester with their third child- she and the baby are doing well. This page is one piece of the puzzle. Obadiah and Jessica have deep faith in Jesus to provide for their family. Just this past year Obadiah had to get a hip surgery in June. One week prior to the surgery date the surgery center called and said that they needed a one-thousand-dollar cash deposit that would be due on the day of the surgery. At the time Obadiah had been out of work due to the injury for two months and Jessica had just given birth to Dinah (now one). Money was basically non-existent. Miraculously their life group raised over two months-worth of living expenses and delivered meals almost nightly. The Sunday before the surgery, Obadiah went to get prayed for at the end of the service and as he was walking away, he got a notification from his Venmo account that someone had given him the whole one-thousand-dollars! God is Good! They believe that God has ordained people with the need to give just as He has given others a need. Both are equally important in the Kingdom of God. Their family is looking forward greatly to a more prosperous time in their lives to be able to bless others even more than they have already been blessed. Obadiah will be updating the current status of things on Facebook at least once a week if you would like to follow the process.
If you love the Kaemmerlings, would like to show your support, or are wondering what the fund is for practically, here are just a few items this fund is hoping to cover:
- $5,000 to finish Obadiah’s PPL
- $1,000 for the initial reservation fee to reserve classes at ATP
- $14,000 for living expenses during and right after ATP flight training
Thank you so much for considering to give to the Kaemmerling family. They love you all and appreciate your support!
