Pierre is a giver.

No one on earth is more generous with their time, help, expertise, and kindness. This man has spent 5 years at Dickies, keeping the creative team afloat. Most of those years, he worked loyally without benefits, raises, bonuses. Pierre worked overtime without getting paid. This is all while he cares for his parents and children with different doctors, schools, appointments. He has somehow found a way to go above and beyond both as a caregiver and a designer.

Pierre’s family is no stranger to hard work - his parents immigrated and opened a restaurant in Decatur, TX. These are people that make everyone’s lives better - the type of people that truly strengthen our communities.

While his father’s health has recently declined, Pierre also found out that he will be losing his job come May. As he cares for his family through his father's hospice care, he has not been able to search for jobs as the rest of us have.

Losing a job, medical bills, gas money, finding the time to cook a meal - these things don't pause when life takes a turn.
