Hello world,
I am your friend Hamada, 27 years old, a father of three children and the breadwinner for my family of 10.
I am writing this letter to you from the middle of the Gaza Strip with a heart filled with pain and sadness.
My family and I were and still are victims of the war and the continuous bombing of the Gaza Strip. During the war, we saw our entire lives destroyed, and we were unable to do anything. Our home was bombed while we were inside it. My mother was martyred, and several members of my family were injured, and we could not do anything about it. After losing our home that sheltered us, we began moving from one tent to another to survive. Now we are suffering from the loss of basic necessities of life after losing everything. And here we are, as you see, living the worst days of our lives. I do not have a home to shelter us, we do not have any money to rent a house, and we do not have food. Now we are dying of hunger because of the closure of the crossings and the exorbitant prices we are experiencing. My car, which I used to support my family with, was also bombed. Every day I ask the world when this nightmare we are living will end, but no one responds. People like you want to live in safety and peace...
I hope that everyone who reads this message will help me so that I can help my family purchase basic necessities and rebuild our lives.
