My name is Austyn Sutton and I am raising funds to help my mom and I go to a UCA All-American performance event at the Pearl Harbor Memorial Day Parade in December 2021.
Over the summer, I attended UCA Cheer Camp as a part of Eastern Hancock High School's Cheer Team. While there, I tried out for the UCA All-American Team; the All-American is a team of cheerleaders selected by UCA Staff at their summer camps to perform at Special Events like parades, Bowl games, and other events of that sort. After being one of seven from my school to make the team, each athlete received an email letting them know which event they have been invited to and giving them more info on the events themselves.
Making the team in the first place is an honor beyond any means I am capable of expressing. It's been a dream of mine since I started high school cheer. That's why I would love to be able to experience this amazing opportunity. These events are memories that will last a lifetime and amazing opportunities for experience that are too rare to pass up!
However, these events are not cheap to attend. There's a lot of inclusions in the price, but the flight there is not one of those inclusions.
