Family and friends are coming together to support Matilde Bello and Antonio García, a couple who are currently facing an extremely difficult and heartbreaking situation.
Antonio was detained by immigration authorities and deported in March 2026. Then, on July 26, 2026, Matilde was also detained, leaving their three children in San Antonio, Texas, separated from both of their parents.
Their children are 10, 19, and 23 years old. Their youngest child has speech difficulties, making this situation especially difficult for him and for the entire family.
Matilde and Antonio have lived in the United States for more than 25 years. They are hardworking, devoted parents who have dedicated their lives to their children and their family. Today, their family and friends are doing everything we can to support them through this incredibly difficult time.
An immigration attorney will be hired to represent Matilde and assist with her case, and the funds raised will help cover legal expenses and support the family throughout this process.

Familiares y amigos nos estamos uniendo para apoyar a Matilde Bello y Antonio García, una pareja que actualmente está pasando por una situación muy difícil y dolorosa.
Antonio fue detenido por inmigración y deportado en Marzo de 2026. Posteriormente, el pasado 26 de Julio de 2026, Matilde también fue detenida, dejando a sus tres hijos en San Antonio, Texas, separados de sus padres.
Sus hijos tienen 10, 19 y 23 años. El menor tiene dificultades del habla y esta situación ha sido especialmente difícil para él y para toda la familia.
Matilde y Antonio han vivido en este país por más de 25 años. Son personas trabajadoras y dedicadas a sus hijos y a su familia. Hoy, sus familiares y amigos estamos haciendo todo lo posible para apoyarlos durante este momento tan difícil.
Se estará contratando un abogado para representar a Matilde y ayudar con su caso migratorio, y los fondos recaudados serán destinados a los gastos relacionados con su representación legal y las necesidades de esta familia durante este proceso.
